LGDK has been selected to implement a large twinning project in Serbia funded by EU's IPA funds.
The project is going to strengthen the Serbian public procurement system and will be implemented in close co-operation with the Serbian Public Procurement Office (PPO).
The project covers a number of issues such as an upgrading of the Serbian public procurement legislation to EU standards, a capacity development of the staff of the PPO and other institutions related to procurement, a development of the procurement information system as well as an organizational analysis of the institutional set-up of the public procurement authorities.
The actual implementation of the project will start up in August 2010 and carry on for 21 months.
