Local Government Denmark has just completed a new publication on international relations as a tool for developing the competences of the employees in the municipalities.
The publication contains five practical examples on how employee development has been a "positive side effect" of the international activities at the local level. The examples are from Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands.
